Ever watch a stage manager during a live show? They know where every prop is, every cue, every mark on the floor. If something's missing, they catch it before the audience ever notices.

That's this job. Construction sites generate an avalanche of checklists, deficiency logs, and closeout paperwork. Someone has to make sure none of it gets lost between the field and the file cabinet. That's you.

What You'd Own

  • Keeping CXAlloy data accurate, current, and easy to find
  • Tracking open items, deficiencies, and punch list entries until closed
  • Collecting and distributing commissioning records and QA/QC forms
  • Connecting owners, contractors, vendors, engineers, and the CX team
  • Building the reports and dashboards project leadership relies on

What FusionIRX Needs From You

A background in construction administration, working knowledge of CXAlloy or a similar commissioning/project management platform, and comfort in SharePoint, Procore, Excel logs, and Teams.

Strong construction terminology, strong follow-through, and the kind of organization that borders on obsessive. This is a contract role, full-time, on-site per project requirements — currently the Boise, ID project.
