FusionIRX was built to navigate this complexity on behalf of the people who own these facilities.
Our team brings decades of direct experience managing semiconductor fab construction, data center delivery, and EV battery plant development. We are not generalists who occasionally work on complex projects. This is all we do.

Roxanne brings deep business management expertise with a focus on operational effectiveness and organizational culture.
