Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal information FusionIRX collects through fusionirx.com, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. We have tried to write it in plain language rather than boilerplate.
Who we are
FusionIRX provides program and project management, commissioning and QA/QC, owner's representation, and BIM/VDC services for advanced manufacturing and critical infrastructure projects. Information you give us directly
The only place this site asks for personal information is the contact form. When you submit it, we collect your name, email address, and any phone number, company name, project type, and project details you choose to provide. We use that information solely to respond to your inquiry and to discuss potential work with you. We do not sell it, and we do not add you to a marketing list without asking.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our host records standard technical information when you visit — your IP address, browser type, the pages you request, and the time of the request. This is used to operate and secure the site.
If you consent to cookies, our advertising partners also collect information about which pages you view on this site. See the next section.
Cookies and advertising
FusionIRX uses two advertising technologies: the Meta Pixel and the LinkedIn Insight Tag. They help us understand which of our pages are useful and let us show our articles and services to people working in the industries we serve.
These do not run unless you accept them. When you first visit, we show a banner asking whether you consent. Nothing loads until you choose. If you decline, no advertising cookies are set and the site works exactly the same. You can change your mind at any time using the Your Privacy Choices link in our footer.
We also honor the Global Privacy Control signal. If your browser or an extension sends GPC, we treat it as a decision to decline and we do not show the banner at all.

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with the service providers below, for the purposes listed.

We may also disclose information where we are legally required to, or where necessary to protect our rights, our people, or the confidentiality obligations we owe our clients.
Client project information
Nearly all FusionIRX engagements are governed by non-disclosure agreements. Information about client facilities, schedules, and project specifics is treated as confidential and is never published on this site or shared with advertising partners. This is why we do not publish named case studies — we explain that here.
How long we keep information
Contact-form inquiries are retained in our business email for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of the discussion. Server logs are retained on a rolling short-term basis by our host. You can ask us to delete your inquiry at any time.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or opt out of its use for targeted advertising. California residents have these rights under the CCPA/CPRA, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising them. Residents of other states and of the EU and UK may have comparable rights.

Children
This is a business-to-business site. It is not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and revise the effective date at the top.
